What makes your soap different from store-bought soap?
Our handmade soap is made with high-quality ingredients that are gentle on the skin and free from harsh chemicals. Our soap is also made in small batches, which allows us to create unique fragrances and designs.
How do I know if your soap is right for my skin type?
We offer a variety of soap types that cater to different skin types. Our ingredients are carefully selected to be gentle and nourishing, so we recommend trying our soaps to see which ones work best for you.
Do you offer any vegan or cruelty-free products?
Yes! All of our products are cruelty-free. We do not any type of animal testing. At this moment we do not offer any vegan products as all of our soaps contain lard which is an animal by-product.
Why do you use lard in your handmade soaps?
Lard is a type of fat that comes from the pig. While some people may have concerns about using animal products in their soap, we believe in utilizing all parts of the animal and not letting anything go to waste. This philosophy has been ingrained in human cultures for centuries, as it allows us to respect and honor the animal's life by using every part of it.
Pigs have been a vital source of food and resources for many communities throughout history. Using lard in soap making is just one example of how we can continue to honor this tradition and utilize the animal in a sustainable way. In addition, lard is a natural and readily available ingredient that creates a luxurious and nourishing soap.

However, for those who choose to use our lard-based soaps, we can assure you that we source our lard from ethical and sustainable sources and take great care in creating a quality product that is both beneficial for the skin and respectful of the animal.
What type of fragrance do you use in your products?
At our company, we use only high-quality, phthalate-free fragrances to scent our handmade soaps and bath products. Phthalates are chemicals that are often used in fragrances to make them last longer, but they have been linked to potential health risks. We care about the safety and well-being of our customers, which is why we choose to use only phthalate-free fragrances in our products. Our fragrances come from reputable suppliers who share our commitment to using safe and natural ingredients in their products. What type of oils do you use in your soaps?
All of our soaps are made with a blend of high-quality oils that nourish and moisturize the skin. Our most commonly used oils are coconut, olive, avocado and castor. Occasionally, we might use a different recipe but all of our ingredients are listed on our labels and in our descriptions online.
How long does your soap last?
The lifespan of our soap varies depending on how often it's used and how it's stored. On average, our bars last for about 4-6 weeks.
Do you offer custom orders or bulk discounts?
At this moment, we are currently not accepting bulk or custom orders. Keep a look out for any change in the future!
How do I care for my handmade soap?
To make your soap last longer, store it in a cool, dry place between uses. Avoid leaving it in standing water or in direct sunlight.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to make it right.
